How do I cancel my Sequel subscription?

We are sorry to see you go! The steps to cancel your subscription depend on how you originally purchased it.


If you purchased via the Sequel Website:


If you upgraded your account directly on our website, please contact our Sequel Customer Support Team to cancel your membership. Simply send us a message, and our team will gladly handle the cancellation for you on our end.


If you upgraded through the App:


If you purchased your subscription directly through the Sequel app, your billing is managed entirely by Apple or Google. Because of this security policy, our Support Team cannot cancel in-app subscriptions on your behalf. You will need to turn off the automatic renewal directly in your device's settings.

Important Note: Simply deleting the Sequel app from your phone or deleting your account will not cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps below to stop future charges.


Please find the instructions for your device below:


App Store (IOS)

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

2. Tap your Name (Apple ID) at the very top of the screen.

3. Tap on Subscriptions.

4. Find and select Sequel from your list of active subscriptions.

5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your choice.


Google Play (Android)

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

2. Tap your Profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Select Payments & subscriptions, then tap on Subscriptions.

4. Find and select Sequel from the list.

5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.


What happens after I cancel? 
Once you successfully cancel, you will not be charged again. You will continue to have full access to all Sequel Premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.
