Think of credits as our platform's virtual currency. You can use them to unlock special features, such as sending chat requests to start conversations or sending virtual gifts to other members.

Where can I check my credit balance?

You can easily see your available credits at any time:

1. Go to your Profile page.

2. Look for the Credits section.

Your up-to-date balance will be clearly displayed right there.

How can I purchase or refill my credits?

Whenever you are running low, you can quickly top up your balance:

1. Go to your Profile page.

2. Tap the Add credits button.

3. Choose the credit package that best fits your needs.

4. Follow the secure, on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
